Pick Up Tickets
Your tickets will be available immediately after you purchase. Please review the requirements to pick up your tickets at each distribution center below.
HOW TO PICK UP TICKETS
To pick up your tickets at an Outlet, after buying them through Internet or by telephone, you must show to the service representative:
- A valid photo ID issued by the government (Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or United States) – or your passport (a valid ID must be issued by a government agency and include a photo and signature).
- The credit or debit card used to buy the tickets.
- Your Ticketpop ACCOUNT NUMBER.
NOTE: Tickets will only be release to the owner of the credit/debit card. Tickets will not be release if the name on the ID and credit card does not match – or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person asking for the tickets. Tickets can not be picked up by a third party.
EVENT’S BOX OFFICE:
The Box Office at an event opens on the day of an event at least 2 hours prior the particular event hour. Not all events have Box Office service.
For some events Box Office services will be available through our MOTORPOP, depending on the event’s location facilities.
Our Outlets include all WALMART stores at Money Center’s counter and participant AMIGO supermarkets at Service Desk. For a list of Outlets and hours of operation, click here.
Ticketpop Kiosks are available at the following locations: WALMART stores at Bayamón, Carolina, Caguas and Santurce; AMIGO Supermarkets at Las Catalinas Caguas, Caparra and Paseos; and also at the lobby of Centro Europa Building in Santurce.
For some events Box Office services will be available through our MOTORPOP, depending on the event’s location facilities. If our MOTORPOP is available for your event, it will be located in an area near the entrance of the event. Our MOTORPOP is labeled as an official Ticketpop mobile box office.
