To purchase your tickets online you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. VIRTUAL MONEY CARDS AND GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. If you prefer using your mobile to access the internet, now you can browse and purchase tickets for all our events from the convenience of your mobile phone. Our cut down site allows you quick and easy navigation through our listings without the need to download the usual images. Ticketpop outlets include THE MALL OF SAN JUAN at the Customer Service Desk, all WALMART stores at Money Center’s counter and participant AMIGO supermarkets at Service Desk. To pay for tickets at WALMART & AMIGO you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, a debit card from any banking institution, or you may pay in cash. To pay for tickets at THE MALL OF SAN JUAN you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or a debit card from any banking institution. You can not pay in cash here. Our Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however if you need to talk to a Service Representative; they are available for “Call Back” from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. You must leave your phone number and a Service Representative will return your call in the calls order in our system. This way you don't have to wait in line!
