Call Center (IVR)
Our contact number is 787-294-0001. Through our Call Center you can obtain information about events, buy tickets, contact Customer Service, and obtain last minute information about future sales or cancellations. Service Representatives at our Call Center have access to specific seat selection upon availability.
Our Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however if you need to talk to a Service Representative; they are available for “Call Back” from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. You must leave your phone number and a Service Representative will return your call in the calls order in our system.

- To BUY TICKETS PRESS #4. To pay for tickets over the telephone, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We don't accept debit cards or Virtual Money cards as payment method through phone. Method of payment may vary by event depending on conditions established by the event’s production team.
