Changes in Terms and Conditions
EVERTEC reserves the right to change or discontinue, at any moment, any aspect or feature of the ticketpop® service, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and the equipment needed for access or use. EVERTEC reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the ticketpop® service, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, such as fees and additional or modified charges for use at any time. All changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be posted on the web page www.ticketpop.com or by any other means by which you obtain notice of same. Any use of the ticketpop® service subsequent to such notice, shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such changes, modifications or additions.
User’s Conduct
You can use the ticketpop® service for lawful purposes only. It is forbidden any conduct that, at the sole discretion of EVERTEC, gives rise to civil liability or violates any law, or in any other way, restricts or inhibits the use or enjoyment of the ticketpop® service by any other user.
Use is at Your Risk
You expressly agree that the use of the ticketpop® service is at your own risk. You will be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your(s) password(s), if any, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware or are suspicious that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us immediately at help@ticketpop.com or 787-294-0001.
No Warranties for the ticketpop® Service
THE ticketpop® SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED OR INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. NEITHER EVERTEC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, GUARANTEE THAT THE ticketpop® SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS. NEITHER DOES EVERTEC OFFER ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE ticketpop® SERVICE, THE ACQUISITION OF TICKETS OR THE PRECISION, COMPLETENESS OR CORRECTNESS OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE OR MERCHANDISE PROVIDED THROUGH THE ticketpop® SERVICE.
Disclaimer of Liability
THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE, THAT EVERTEC AND ITS AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY ON YOU.
Liability Limitation and Indemnification
IN NO EVENT WILL EVERTEC, ITS AGENTS OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, SELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ticketpop® SERVICE.
By using the ticketpop® service, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless EVERTEC, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents and assigns from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the ticketpop® service.
Equipment for Utilization
You shall be exclusively responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephones, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of www.ticketpop.com and for any and all charges related thereto.
Copyrights and Trademarks
ticketpop® and other stylized versions, are trademarks of EVERTEC and www.ticketpop.com and other materials utilized by the ticketpop® service contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, some of which are owned by EVERTEC and some, owned by third parties ("Intellectual Property").
It is forbidden to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way take advantage of any part of this Intellectual Property. It is forbidden to upload, publish or otherwise make available on www.ticketpop.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. You will be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of Intellectual Property, and expressly release EVERTEC from responsibility for any such damages.

A portion of www.ticketpop.com content is supplied by third parties. Any opinion, advice, statement, service, offer or other information or content expressed or made available for users by third parties, even the information providers, belongs to their respective authors or distributors and not to EVERTEC. Neither EVERTEC nor its agents or any third party provider of information, guarantees the precision, accuracy or usefulness of content for its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. EVERTEC neither endorses nor is responsible for the precision or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on www.ticketpop.com by any other person that it is not an employee spokesperson of EVERTEC while acting in his official capacity.
Purchase Policy
TICKETPOP ACTS AS A TICKET SALE PROCESSING SERVICE PROVIDER AND SALES AGENT OF THE EVENT PROMOTER OR THE OWNER OF THE VENUE WHERE THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE. ANY OUTLETS THAT DISPATCH TICKETS ARE SALES AGENTS AND AUTHORIZED OPERATORS OF THE ticketpop® SERVICE. ANY COMPLAINT RELATED TO THE USE OF THE ticketpop® SERVICE MUST BE DIRECTED ONLY TO EVERTEC.
Our goal is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient. Our purchase policy has been designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the ticket purchase process in all distribution channels of the ticketpop® service. Methods of Payment
To purchase your tickets you can use credit and debit cards. VIRTUAL MONEY CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Cash payments must be made at authorized ticketpop® outlets. Click here to see our authorized outlets or call 787-294-0001.
Pricing and Availability
The ticketpop® service involves the sale of tickets on behalf of third parties, promoters, groups and venues, which means the ticketpop® service does not set the ticket prices or determine the availability of seats. The tickets that are sold through the distribution points, access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for events may sell out quickly. On occasion, tickets may be available before an event is on sale in the ticketpop® system, however, the ticketpop® service does not control this inventory and availability.
There is a sales limit of 8 tickets per person, when you purchase your tickets by www.ticketpop.com or by phone.
Service Charges / Taxes
Tickets purchased through the ticketpop® service are subject to service charges per ticket and handling fees per order (collectively referred to as "Service Charges"). We will charge you the handling fee if you purchase your tickets through our call center, www.ticketpop.com, and the authorized outlets. All Service Charges will be itemized in the purchase confirmation. When you purchase tickets you may also be charged a promoter fee to cover costs incurred by the promoter as a result of the nature and complexity of the event (the "PRMTR Fee"). There are also additional and optional services, which involve additional charges, such as delivery and print@home tickets (collectively referred to as "Additional Charges"). The ticket price, Service Charges, Promoter Fee and Additional Charges do not include sales tax (IVU), which will be applied when you complete your purchase and will also be itemized on the sales receipt.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE SERVICE CHARGES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES BE REFUNDED (NOR THE APPLICABLE SALES TAX), EVEN IF THE EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED OR POSTPONED. ONLY THE TICKET PRICE AND PRMTR FEE WILL BE REFUNDED (PLUS APPLICABLE SALES TAX).
Ticket Delivery and Pick-up
You can pick up your tickets in the authorized outlets and sometimes, in the box office of the event. Some events have no delivery at the box office. The tickets that will be delivered in the box office are generally available one hour before the event begins. To pick up your tickets in one of our authorized outlets or in the box office of the event, you must present a valid ID with picture, issued by the Federal Government or any state in the United States of America or by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (Valid ID). Also you must present the credit or debit card you used to purchase your tickets.
Cancelled/Postponed Events
The date, time and venue of the event are subject to change. Cancellations of events are regulated by the Office of Services to the Public Events Promoter of the Department of Treasury. In the eventuality that an event has been cancelled or postponed, the promoter will be liable for the refund of the ticket price (plus the sales tax (IVU) applicable to the ticket price), in accordance with applicable laws.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified by the event promoter through any press (Internet, radio, television, etc.) for special instructions about the refund process, as established by the event organizers. Also, you can contact 787-294-0001, or access www.ticketpop.com to obtain information about how to receive a refund. If the event was postponed, or the time or venue has changed, the promoter could set refund limitations. The final decision to give refunds or changes will be at the discretion of the promoters, teams or venues of the event.
Clients should contact one of our Support Representatives and Customer Service at 787-294-0001. Please have on hand, your order number and the credit card number with the expiration date, which you used to purchase your tickets. This will help us to speed up the process. Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing your tickets, carefully review the event, date, time and seats. Policies set by the promoters, including venues, teams and theaters, prohibit the ticketpop® service from issuing exchanges or refunds once the tickets are processed, even in the case of lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Please verify that your tickets are correct before leaving the counter. All sales are final. We will not make refunds or exchanges.
Seniors Discounts and Others
In accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, (1) persons who are older than sixty (60) years of age and handicapped persons will be granted a 50% discount on the price of the ticket, and (2) persons who are seventy five (75) years of age or older may obtain a ticket free of charge. These discounts apply only to events held at the facilities of the municipalities, agencies, departments, dependencies, political subdivisions and any other instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In order to receive such discounts, tickets must be purchased in person, presenting (1) a Valid ID (defined above) that includes date of birth and/or (2) the evidence of disability issued by the Department of Health of Puerto Rico that certifies the handicap. Tickets purchased with these discounts will contain special markings, and persons seeking admission with such tickets may be required to show the valid ID at the time of admission to the event. Discounts and free tickets apply only to the face value of the ticket. You will still be responsible for paying any applicable sales tax (IVU).
Products and Services
From time to time products and services of third party vendors may be available for purchase through the ticketpop® service. EVERTEC does not control the pricing for these products and services, but may charge service charges for making them available and processing the sales of such products and services through the ticketpop® service. Upon purchase you may be issued a voucher much like a ticket or other type of document that will serve as evidence of your purchase and which you must redeem to receive the product or service you purchased. The terms and conditions applicable to the products and services are those of the third party vendor and not EVERTEC, however these terms and conditions shall apply to the purchase of products and services through the ticketpop® service and will be in addition to the third party vendor’s terms and conditions. Any additional terms and conditions may be communicated to you at the time of your purchase or through other means. In no event shall EVERTEC be liable for any claims you may have with respect to your use or consumption of products and services purchased through the ticketpop® service. If you have a claim you must present it directly to the third party vendor of the product or service.
Entire Agreement
In addition to agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions, you are responsible for reading and complying with any policies, rules and/or terms and conditions established by event promoters or the owners of the venues where the events will take place ("Additional Rules'"). These terms and conditions, as well as any other rule of operation for the ticketpop® service established by EVERTEC, and the Additional Rules, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and substitute any prior oral or written agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the ticketpop® service and your participation at any event.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to their rules about legal conflicts. Any cause of action of any nature that arises from these terms and conditions will be initiated in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
